Store Policy & Shipping FAQ
Here at Little Livey our customers are very important to us. We stand by our product and strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchases. We are always looking for opportunities to improve your shopping experience, and LOVE feedback from our customers. We want to hear from you!
Due to the handmade nature of our products, please allow 2 weeks for your order to ship. However If your item(s) are in stock, they typically ship out within 48 business hours of your placed order. Once your order ships you will receive an e-mail with a link to track it. Once you receive the e-mail, please allow up to 5 days for delivery. Please make sure your address is updated and correct before ordering. I only ship to the address given and am unable to make changes to orders. If an item returns because you forgot to update your address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-ship it.
Return & Exchange Policy
Little Livey will gladly accept exchanges or issue store credit on any non-sale items within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unworn and in its original condition. To exchange or return items, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide details on how to return the piece to us. Following the receipt and inspection of the returned item, you will be contacted within 5 days with information on your exchange or store credit. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns or exchanges of online purchases, unless the item is defective or other issues occur for which Little Livey is at fault. All sale items and accessories are final.
